Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Shredded chicken and penne in a rich buffalo Alfredo cream sauce with Parmesan and mozzarella.
Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta (or your choice)
- 2 C cooked, shredded chicken
- ½ C buffalo sauce
- 2 C heavy cream
- ¼ C butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 C grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- ½ C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Add Parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked penne, tossing to coat. Best part — serve hot and enjoy!
