Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Shredded chicken and penne in a rich buffalo Alfredo cream sauce with Parmesan and mozzarella.

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan and mozzarella, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked penne, tossing to coat. Best part — serve hot and enjoy!
