Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Penne
Creamy Alfredo meets tangy buffalo sauce — tossed with shredded chicken and penne for a bold, crowd-pleasing pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 C cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 C buffalo sauce
- 2 C heavy cream
- 1/4 C butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked penne, tossing to coat.
