Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Penne

Creamy Alfredo meets tangy buffalo sauce — tossed with shredded chicken and penne for a bold, crowd-pleasing pasta.

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked penne, tossing to coat.
