Chicken Bruschetta Pasta

Pasta and chicken tossed with a fresh bruschetta of cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, and Parmesan.

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the diced chicken over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, and bruschetta mixture to the skillet (off heat). Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and serve hot. Best part — enjoy!
