Chicken Sandwich

Thin-pounded, perfectly seasoned chicken breast pan-fried and topped with melted white cheddar on a toasted bun.

Instructions

  1. Mix all seasonings together in a bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken breast in half, then cover with plastic wrap and pound to ¼-inch thick.
  3. Season one side of the chicken.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and oil together until hot.
  5. Place the chicken seasoned-side down, then use the remaining seasoning to cover the top.
  6. When golden brown, flip and cook until completely cooked through.
  7. Melt white cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Place on bun, add whatever toppings you want. Best part — enjoy!
