Chicken Strips

Crispy fried chicken tenders tossed in a sweet & spicy garlic sauce.

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring oil to 350°F.
  2. Cut the chicken into tender slices.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Combine the Panko, flour, and seasonings into a separate bowl.
  5. Once oil is hot, dip chicken into the egg and coat thoroughly.
  6. Move from the egg directly into the breading mixture and coat evenly.
  7. Place the breaded chicken into the hot oil. Cook in batches if needed — be careful, oil may splash.
  8. In a pan, combine the sweet & spicy sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and honey over medium heat.
  9. Once all the chicken is cooked, add it to the pan and toss with the sauce.
  10. Best part — enjoy!
