Chipotle Chicken Alfredo

Smoky chipotle peppers blended into a creamy Greek yogurt Parmesan sauce, tossed with pasta and seasoned chicken.

  1. In a blender add the Greek yogurt, Parmesan, chipotle peppers, milk, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and season with garlic salt, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
  3. Boil water and cook the pasta according to package directions.
  4. Cook the chicken until done to your liking.
  5. Drain the pasta, add the blended sauce, and mix until fully coated.
  6. Add the chicken to the pasta and toss to combine.
  7. Plate and top with fresh chives and red pepper flakes.
  8. Best part — enjoy!
