Crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and chewy noodles tossed in a bold gochujang stir-fry sauce — fast, spicy, and deeply satisfying.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 300g bacon, diced
- 4 eggs, lightly whisked
- 400g cooked noodles (egg noodles, hokkien, or udon)
- ¼ cup finely sliced spring onions
Stir-Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Korean gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark sweet soy sauce
Instructions
- Combine the gochujang paste, soy sauce, and dark sweet soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

- Toss through the spring onions and serve immediately.
- Best part — enjoy!
