Korean-Style Bacon & Egg Noodles

Crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and chewy noodles tossed in a bold gochujang stir-fry sauce — fast, spicy, and deeply satisfying.

Instructions

  1. Combine the gochujang paste, soy sauce, and dark sweet soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy at the edges.
  3. Pour in the eggs and allow to set for about 30 seconds before scrambling them through the bacon.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and evenly coated.
  5. Toss through the spring onions and serve immediately.
