Sesame Chicken

Pan-seared chicken tossed in a sticky sesame sauce with soy, honey, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and brown on bottom about 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3 minutes. Make sure all chicken is cooked through.
  3. While chicken is cooking, whisk together soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
  4. Stir the sauce in with the cooked chicken and continue to cook and toss until sauce has thickened.
  5. Serve warm garnished with green onions and sesame seeds. Best part — enjoy!
