One-Pot Smoky BBQ Meatball Pasta

Meatballs and pasta simmered together in a smoky BBQ cream sauce, finished with melted cheddar and mozzarella.

  1. In a large pot, add meatballs, chicken broth, BBQ sauce, heavy cream, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Stir in uncooked pasta, ensuring it's fully submerged. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Best part — serve warm and enjoy!
