One-Pot Smoky BBQ Meatball Pasta
Meatballs and pasta simmered together in a smoky BBQ cream sauce, finished with melted cheddar and mozzarella.
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 12 oz pasta
- 3 C chicken broth
- 1 C smoky BBQ sauce (or your favorite)
- 1 C heavy cream
- ½ C shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, add meatballs, chicken broth, BBQ sauce, heavy cream, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in uncooked pasta, ensuring it's fully submerged. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Best part — serve warm and enjoy!
