Steak & Pasta in Cowboy Butter

Juicy ribeye bites and pasta tossed in a rich, herby cowboy butter cream sauce.

Cowboy Butter Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut ribeye into pieces and season.
  2. Heat a pan with the oil and butter.
  3. Once melted, add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the ribeye pieces and cook to your liking.
  5. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta.
  6. Remove the steak from the pan.
  7. Using the same pan, add the butter for the cowboy butter sauce.
  8. Once melted, add all remaining sauce ingredients (minus the chives and parsley) and mix well.
  9. Add the pasta to the pan and toss to coat.
  10. Top with chives and parsley.
  11. Best part — Enjoy!
