Instructions

  1. In a measuring cup, add the yeast, honey, and 1/2 cup hot water. Mix and let stand until yeast activates.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the flour, salt, and oil.
  3. Add the yeast water to the flour and mix on low. Add the other 1/2 cup of water and mix until you get a dough. Depending on the flour, you may need to add more water a tablespoon at a time.
  4. Once the dough is formed, hand knead for 5 minutes. Cover with a hot towel and let rest 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, knead again and recover for 30 more minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  6. Melt the butter for the Alfredo sauce in a saucepan, then add the flour to make a roux.
  7. Grate the cheese.
  8. Add heavy cream to the roux and mix until smooth. Add the freshly grated Parmigiana and seasoning; mix until smooth and combined.
  9. Roll out the dough on a pizza tray to desired thickness. Using a fork, lightly poke holes in the dough to prevent bubbling.
  10. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then remove from oven.
  11. Add the Alfredo sauce and your white cheeses of choice.
  12. Bake for another 8–10 minutes.
  13. Best part — enjoy!
